Each bag from the Fishers Weave Collection is handwoven, taking a week or longer to make 1 bag depending on the complexity of the weave. The leather is organically vegetable dyed, using extracts from various trees, preserving the traditional process.
These bags are made in a coastal area of South India, where women traditionally weaved fishing nets and baskets. These skilled artisans are located, and then trained in weaving bags out of bamboo-sized strips of leather.
These bags are giving back to the community, providing employment and boosting the livelihood of these vulnerable female weavers. The traditional weaving techniques means a beautiful, sturdy bag, built to last a lifetime. All without stitching and threads.
We offer $10 flat rate shipping Australia wide, and $25 international shipping. For pet beds we charge $25 shipping as it is a bulky item.
The challenges presented by the pandemic mean there may be some delays. These delays can be up to a few days, and we ask that you bear with us during this challenging time. Thank you for your patience.
All packages will be shipped from our Waterloo warehouse in NSW. Items are sent in eco-friendly cardboard packaging and come with a luxe canvas dust bag.
Orders dispatched within 1-2 days of order placed.
For orders within the metro area, please allow 1-3 business days for delivery.
For non-metro orders, allow up to 6 business days (10 business days for rural areas).
Our primary postage service is Australia Post Express. All orders placed to PO Boxes or Parcel collect lockers will be sent with AusPost Standard Service. All couriers are impacted by COVID-19 and may take slightly longer than usual.
We recommend you check your country for any custom or duties taxes as we have no control over these charges.
We offer refunds/credits on all full priced purchases up to 14 days after receipt of goods. Items must be returned new, unused and with all Juju & Co tags attached.
Return postage is non-refundable.

Once items have been received please allow 3 business working days for the return to be processed.
We apologise if you have received an item not in perfect condition.
Please email an image of the fault, along with your Proof of Purchase to email@example.com for further review. We have a 6-week faulty claims period (please note: this excludes general wear and tear), in which case we may offer repair, replacement or refund options.

Prices are shown in Australian dollars. There is a currency conversion option on the menu page, however all purchases are processed in AUD.
Leather goods may come with slight imperfections and are a natural occurrence. We find these slight imperfections in the tanning process add uniqueness and character. Please be aware prior to purchase as no refund will be given as these are not product faults.
Goods may vary in colour from batch to batch as well as from item to item. We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products shown on this website.
However, as the colours you see on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitors display of any colour will be accurate.
Lost or Damaged Goods.
If goods are lost or damaged during delivery, please contact us at email@example.com within 7 working days of placing your order so that we can investigate the surrounding circumstances.
Juju & Co goods are made to last. In the unlikely event you have an issue with a defect in the material or workmanship within 12 months of purchase, please get in touch and we will assess for repair or replacement.
The warranty applies to products used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended and doesn’t apply to damage caused by normal wear and tear, or neglect.
