Shipping
General
All packages will be shipped from our Waterloo warehouse in NSW. Orders are generally dispatched within 24 hours of order placed. Our warehouse is open Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. If orders are placed over the weekend or on public holidays, your order will be packed the next business day.
Please Note: during busy time periods like public holidays your order might take up to 2 business days to be processed.
Our primary postage services are Australia Post and Aramex. All orders placed to PO Boxes and Parcel collect lockers will be sent with Australia Post. All Express orders will be sent with Australia Post. If you chose to select with your carrier 'to leave your items in a safe place' we are not liable if it goes missing/is stolen.
Some countries may have duties, customs fees or taxes which are unfortunately out of our control.

Metro areas; 1-3 business days for delivery.
Non-metro orders; up to 6 business days (10 business days for rural areas).
International

Returns
Can I return my order?
We offer refunds or credits on all purchases up to 30 days after receipt of goods (not including 'Last Chance Items' which may not be returned).
Items must be returned new, unused, with all dust bags and Juju & Co tags attached. All gift with purchase items must also be returned.
If you've purchased REDO at checkout you qualify for free returns in AU, US & Canada. Otherwise if you haven't purchased redo, return fees will be covered by you.
A $10 restocking fee applies to all elective returns, excluding returns for credit or exchanges.
For exchanges or returns, the cost of return shipping is your responsibility unless you've purchased Redo at checkout and then you would only need to cover the cost of shipping your new item to you for your exchange.

Faulty
Can I return my order?
Please email an image of the fault, along with your Proof of Purchase to contactus@jujuandco.com.au for further review. We have a 6-week faulty claims period (please note: this excludes general wear and tear), in which case we may offer repair, replacement or refund options.
