Returns
At Juju, we’ve partnered with REDO to make returns and exchanges easier and more flexible. Checkout with REDO added to cart to access to free returns or exchanges on your order within 30 days. Please note there is a $10 restocking fee excluding REDO purchase for free returns, exchanges and store credit.
To return or exchange your item, log into the portal using your order information and follow the steps to lodge your item for exchange, store credit or a refund.
Items must be in original packaging with tags and dust bags, and must be returned to us within 30 days of receiving your item.

It’s simple, transparent, and designed to give you peace of mind while shopping thoughtfully. Shop with confidence knowing your purchases are protected every step of the way.
If you haven't opted in for REDO and are wanting to return your items, we kindly ask you to still use the same link to process your return/exchange. The process will be the same but standard return costs will apply.
Countries that are eligible to use REDO are Australia, America and Canada. Other countries are not covered by REDO and won’t be able to purchase this service. For returns and exchanges outside of covered countries, please still use the same return portal link as it will guide you through the process and next steps.

Will you be restocking?
If the item you were looking at has sold out but will be restocking, there will be an option to join the waitlist to be the first to know when it returns.
In the case that there is no waitlist options, it generally means the style will not be returning, or it won't be returning for a while.
Feel free to email us if you have a request for a sold out item and we will do our best to help you out.

Pre-Order
If you have ordered a 'pre-ordered' item, we will pack it and ship it to you once it is back in stock.
If you have ordered multiple items, some in stock and some pre-order, you will receive all items once your pre-ordered item has arrived.
As part of our ethos, we craft each piece in intentionally small batches. This approach helps us avoid overproduction, reduce waste, and maintain the highest quality every time.
Our materials are sustainably made in limited runs, which means slight variations in colour may occur from batch to batch, a detail we love, and one that makes each piece uniquely yours.
Because of this slow and considered process, some of our most-loved styles may sell out and take time to return. We appreciate your patience. It’s all part of making something worth the wait.
Damaged or missing items
My item arrived damaged what do I do? We take great care to make sure products are packed securely to arrive at your door in perfect condition. Can I apply discount codes to sale items?
- We do not accept further discounts to our sale items. If an item is already on sale, another discount code may not be added at checkout.
Full price yesterday, on sale today? Here’s what we can do
- We offer price adjustments for store credit only, and only within 24 hours of a price drop. Adjustments aren’t available for purchases made before or after a sale period.
Can I apply multiple discount codes at checkout?
- We do not accept multiple sale discounts. If you've added a discount code already, another discount code may not be added at checkout.
Last Chance Items
- We do not accept returns or refunds on 'Last Chance Items'. please see our returns policy for more.
Gift with Purchase
Returns
- If you received a gift with purchase as part of a promotion and wish to return your order, the gift must also be returned to receive a full refund.
Thinking of returning your items but wanting to keep the 'gift with purchase'?
- We can sort that one out for you. Contact us about it, and we can deduct the value of the gift from your credit note or refund.
Why choose Shipping Insurance?
Why Do I Need Shipping Insurance?
- If you don't have shipping insurance and your item goes missing or is damaged in transport we are not liable and you will need to get in touch with the shipping carrier yourself.
Shipping Insurance
- If you have paid for shipping insurance then any damage or lost items will be covered by us after we have conducted an investigation with the shipping provider.
Needing to change or cancel your order?
If you need to cancel or change your order please contact us immediately.
Gift Cards
Gift cards can be purchased any time and you can select a future date to be sent to the recipient.
All gift cards will be purchased and given in AUD.
Gift cards may not be exchanged for money or refunded.

How to take care of my Juju
We offer leather care products we have tried and tested thoroughly so we suggest you use them over generic in store 'leather cleaners'. For tips on how to care for your product day to day and to keep it in good condition, read our article on The Journal.
Why does my Juju look a little different
Our leather works best when worn. We pride our bags looking better with age than they do straight out of the packaging. The leather softens and relaxes with use.
We suggest your try filling your Juju also as our bags are photographed with items inside, not just flat lying down.

Duties
Some countries require customs, import duties or specialised taxes upon collection or entrance to your country. This will come from your specific countries laws. Unfortunately as these are brought on outside of Australia we do not cover these charges.
America: It is important to know most of our products are manufactured in India so the import duties and/or Tariffs will be reflected with the agreement with India and not Australia.

Return Fee
To help cover the costs of processing, handling and refunding a $10 restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns. This allows us to continue operating sustainably and fairly, while keeping our pricing honest for all customers. The Restocking fee only applies to elective returns and not for exchanges or store credit.
Discounts
We do not “double discount.” This means that all customers are unable to use a promotional code with sale items, or two promotional codes together. If, for some reason, our website allows you to do so, we will be unable to honor this error and our customer service team will be in touch to update you on the correction to this issue.
