Payments can be made by credit card using our payment gateway online.



We offer refunds/credits on all full priced purchases up to 7 days after receipt of goods. Items must be returned new, unused and with all Juju & Co tags attached. If the returned item(s) is in a noticeably used or altered condition then a credit will not be offered and will be sent back.

Postage is non-refundable.

To return an item you can either call or e-mail our team at accounts@jujuandco.com.au or on +61 414 356 936. We recommend you send returns via registered post or express post as Juju & Co does not take responsibility for loss of items being returned. Post your item(s) to:

Once items have been received please allow 5 business working days for the return to be processed.


Faulty items.

 Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Please note items damaged as a result of natural wear and tear are not considered faulty.We will not be responsible for any item where care instructions have not been followed correctly. Postage and Handling.

Postage and handling of goods is not included in the retail price.We recommend you check your country for any custom or duties taxes as we have no control over these charges.

All orders placed to PO Boxes or Parcel collect lockers will be sent with AusPost Standard Service. 

Our primary postage service is Couriers Please Express.

All packages will be shipped from our Waterloo warehouse in NSW.

For orders within the metro area, please allow 1-3 business days for delivery.

For non-metro orders, allow up to 6 business days (10 business days for rural areas).



All prices are shown in Australian dollars.



Leather goods may come with slight imperfections and are a natural occurrence. We find these slight imperfections in the tanning process to add individual character. Please be aware prior to purchase as no refund will be given as these are not product faults.

Goods may vary in colour from batch to batch as well as from item to item. We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products shown on this website.

However, as the colours you see on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitors display of any colour will be accurate.


Lost or Damaged Goods.

If goods are lost or damaged during delivery, please contact us at accounts@jujuandco.com.au within 7 working days of placing your order so that we can investigate the surrounding circumstances.
