Shipping Australia Wide:
$10 Standard Shipping
$15 Express Shipping
For orders within metro areas, please allow 1-3 business days for delivery.
For non-metro orders, allow up to 6 business days (10 business days for rural areas).
International Shipping:
$20 for shipping to New Zealand
$25 shipping for the rest of the world
All packages will be shipped from our Botany warehouse in NSW. Items are sent in eco-friendly cardboard packaging and come with a luxe canvas dust bag.
Orders are generally dispatched within 24 hours of order placed.
Our primary postage service is Australia Post Express. All orders placed to PO Boxes or Parcel collect lockers will be sent with AusPost Standard Service. All couriers are impacted by COVID-19 and may take slightly longer than usual.
Some countries may have duties, customs fees or taxes which are unfortunately out of our control.
Returns/Credits
We offer refunds/credits on all full priced purchases up to 14 days after receipt of goods. Items must be returned new, unused and with all Juju & Co tags attached.
We do not offer free returns at this time.
Please send us an email at contactus@jujuandco.com.au to notify us of your return. We will process refunds within 3 days of receipt of package. We recommend posting with a trackable service as Juju & Co does not take responsibility for lost packages being returned.

Faulty items
Please email an image of the fault, along with your Proof of Purchase to contactus@jujuandco.com.au for further review. We have a 6-week faulty claims period (please note: this excludes general wear and tear), in which case we may offer repair, replacement or refund options.

GST/Taxes
A 10% GST charge is included in the retail price shown for orders shipping within Australia.
There may be international taxes or customs fees which are not covered by Juju & Co.
Currency
Prices are shown in Australian dollars. There is a currency conversion option on the menu page, however all purchases are processed in AUD.
Products/Colours
Due to leather being a natural product there may be slight variations or imperfections in the grain or finish of the leather. These slight imperfections occur in the tanning process add uniqueness and character. Please be aware prior to purchase as no refund will be given as these are not product faults.
Goods may vary in colour from batch to batch as well as from item to item. We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products shown on this website. We cannot however guarantee that your monitors display of the colour will be accurate.
Lost or Damaged Goods
If goods are lost or damaged during delivery, please contact us at contactus@jujuandco.com.au within 7 working days of placing your order so that we can investigate the surrounding circumstances.
Warranty
Juju & Co goods are made to last. In the unlikely event you have an issue with a defect in the material or workmanship within 12 months of purchase, please get in touch and we will assess for repair or replacement.
The warranty applies to products used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended and doesn’t apply to damage caused by normal wear and tear, or neglect.
